Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on products that have not been opened or used.

All classes, private lessons, and special events are non-refundable once the course has began. To cancel before a class, private lesson or special event begins, simply contact us within 72 hours from the start date. If you are a no show you will be charged for and not eligible for rescheduling. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We no compensate for return shipping. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. For equipment returns such as wheels, kilns, slab rollers and so forth please insure your shipment back to us. Items returned damaged will not be refunded and you will be held financially responsible. Wheels, kilns, slab rollers and other equipment in which original packaging has been opened will not qualify for returns. We do not guarantee returns on orders over 70 lbs. For returns on orders over 70 lbs. please call 1(208)-378-4633. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect and document your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Do not accept damaged packaging during shipping. Once you accept a damaged package the item cannot be returned or compensated. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We are not financially responsible for shipping costs back to us. Once an item has been received and inspected we will contact you to communicate if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the product with exclusion to shipping returns on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
